A few months ago I posted a Blog Entitled “I’m Done Making Excuses, It’s Either Reasons or Results, it can’t be both.”

Needless to say it’s been three and a half months. I started my physical transformation at 303 lbs, 28% body fat and wow I was very fat.  Read the first blog to see where I started.

Here is the before picture and the current picture as of ten days ago. My target is 250 lbs and 12% body fat.

If you are sick and tired of being overweight and obese. If you’re tired of carrying the spare tire around your waist. If you’re tired of buying new clothes that belong in the fat section of your closet. If you’re just tired of letting days, weeks, months and years go by wondering how you can possibly get rid of the extra cushion and the rolls around your belly and thighs and well you get the point right? I was really sick and tired of it!

Do something about it. I must have started at least a hundred times saying “This Monday is the day.” Then I pig out on the weekend and come Monday, push it to Tuesday and then by Wednesday it was “Next Monday we start.”

Here are a few pics of where I am at. Mindset is crucial. If you have the mind of a loser, a quitter and a weak person, I don’t care if someone was melting the fat off with the newest technology, you’d still find a way to carry the extra weight and stay fat.

Needless to say, talk is cheap, a lot of hard work, exercise, but more importantly, doing it the right way for me. No shots, no creams, lotions, potions or pills. Without proper knowledge in anything you do, you’re doomed to fail. Without the proper tools and path, your success will only be short term.

I will maintain my weight between 250-260 lbs and you know what? It’ll be easy. I either maintain at 300 plus lbs or maintain at 250 lbs.

I’m on a mission to do this right. The goal is November 1, 2009 for 250 lbs and 12% body fat. I’m shooting to get it done by October 15, 2009 though.  Click on the link below to see when I started and why I started.

In a few months I’ll have a serious plan for ALL those who want to drop the spare tire, the rolls and the life raft around their belly. For those who want to COMMIT to something and DO IT. . .I’ll have it all mapped out and laid for you step by step easy to follow so all you need to do is commit, follow instruction, do work and you’ll be a lean, mean machine!
